Please review the window parts listed below. Once you've identified the part, kindly submit the form at the bottom of the page. After submission, we will contact you if any images are required—typically, we will need a picture of the white sticker with the SO# on it and issue.
Please note the following items are not covered by warranty:
*Normal wear and tear
*Acts of nature /Hail, wind, Tornado, etc.
*Screens
*Tempered Glass

However, if you have any issues, we can provide a quote for the necessary repairs. Glass breakage is fully covered, but a labor fee applies.
